At Ink Fabrica, We are committed to making your shopping experience seamless from start to finish. That’s why our shipping process is built to be quick, dependable, and easy to understand. Here’s how it works:
1. Order Processing
All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please note: During busy periods—such as sales, holidays, or special promotions—processing times may take a little longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship orders both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order details and will be clearly shown at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic (within your country): 3 – 7 business days
- International: 7 – 21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Please note that these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please note that Ink Fabrica is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once your package arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential costs.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping, but there are some regions we cannot serve due to carrier limitations or international sanctions. If we’re unable to deliver to your location, we’ll let you know right away and issue a full refund.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Once your order has been passed to the shipping carrier, Ink Fabrica is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
- If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at inkfabrica2025@gmail.com and include clear photos of the item. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
- For packages that are lost in transit, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number for the fastest assistance.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double‑check that your shipping details are correct when placing your order. Fabrica cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Tracking Your Order
When your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email or SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey in real time.
