Custom Print Order Policy

Welcome to Ink Fabrica (“we,” “our,” or “us”), where our mission is to provide you with the finest shopping experience through a carefully curated selection of premium products. We understand that circumstances may arise when you need to cancel or exchange an order, which is why we have established a clear cancellation and return policy to guide you through the process and ensure your rights are protected. Since every item at Ink Fabrica is custom printed exclusively for each customer, all such orders are subject to the specific policy outlined below
- Order Finality – All custom print orders are final and binding once confirmed. Cancellation/Modification requests may be accepted within 6 hours of order confirmation. Once an order has entered processing, production, printing, or has been dispatched, it is not eligible for cancellation/modification, as all products are made-to-order / customized, specifically for each individual order
- Exchange – Custom-printed and made-to-order products are only eligible for exchange in the rare event of:
- Manufacturing defects, or
- Incorrect items shipped by Ink Fabrica
Personal preference, design approval errors, size selection issues, or minor colour variations inherent to printing do not qualify as defects.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims** – Any claim relating to damage, defect, or incorrect product must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must include a clear, continuous unboxing video. The video must:
- Begin before opening the outer packaging
- Clearly show the sealed package, product, and issue
**Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be reviewed or approved.
- Claim Review & Verification – All claims are subject to internal review and quality verification. Ink Fabrica reserves the sole right to determine:
- Whether a product qualifies as defective or incorrect
- Whether a exchange will be issued
Approved claims will result in a exchange only. Refunds are not offered for custom print orders.
- Exchange Terms
- Exchange orders are processed at the original purchase value
- Exchange orders are dispatched within 30 days of claim approval
- Shipping for replacements is complimentary unless otherwise specified
Ink Fabrica reserves the right to limit replacements to one per order.
- Return Handling – If a return is approved:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging**
- Only the approved product should be handed over to the pickup partner
- Ink Fabrica is not responsible for additional or unapproved items handed over during pickup
**Failure to comply may result in rejection of the claim.
- Policy Enforcement – Ink Fabrica reserves the right to decline any claim that:
- Does not meet the above conditions
- Appears inconsistent, incomplete, or fraudulent
- Lacks mandatory video proof
Non-compliant returns may not be shipped back to the customer.

Important Notice – By placing a custom print order with Ink Fabrica, you acknowledges and accepts this policy in full.
- Unboxing video proof is mandatory for all damage, defect, or incorrect item claims.
- I confirm that this is a custom-printed product and understand that the order is final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable once placed.
